Work on what happens.
Learn to armor down.

You can understand a pattern and still be in it on Tuesday night. De-armoring means understanding what protects you, then practicing another response—with boundaries, at your pace.

Walk together. Practice in life.

You know there is
another way.

Perhaps you feel stuck in a reaction you understand but keep repeating. You care deeply, feel a lot, and still struggle to say what you need.

You might be carrying responsibility for everyone else. Or life may be going well, and you want to feel more present in it.

I'm Sensei Stan, a men's self-leadership coach. We work with your actual conversations, boundaries, decisions, and commitments. I bring questions, reflection, and invitations to practice. You bring your experience and choose the direction.

Find words for what you want

Inside a coaching session · 75–90 minutes

A place to slow down.
Something to take into life.

You do not need your whole story worked out. Bring what has your attention today.

01 / ARRIVE

Notice where you are.

We may begin with a breath, a check-in, or an intention. A body scan is an invitation, not a requirement. What would be useful today?

02 / EXPLORE

Stay with something real.

You guide the conversation. I listen, ask questions, and offer reflections. We can notice what happens in your body and what a familiar response is trying to protect.

03 / PRACTICE

Try a different response.

We might rehearse a boundary, explore a perspective, or try an embodied practice. You can decline, disagree, adapt it, or stop.

04 / RETURN

Choose your next step.

We reflect on what you noticed. Any practice between sessions is chosen with you. Next time, what actually happened becomes part of the work.

The man holding the space

Training. Practice.
A human relationship.

I'm a Certified Men's Deep Embodiment Coach through Men's Wisdom Work.

I facilitate the Brotherhood of the Armorless Circle: listening, embodied practice, and support that begins with consent. In one-to-one work, I bring that same attention to the situation you choose to explore.

My karate practice is part of how I keep learning about presence, discipline, and humility. It informs the work; it does not turn coaching into a martial-arts class or clinical treatment.

We begin by talking about what you want and whether I am the right person to walk with you.

Small choices. Real life.

Notice sooner.
Choose more consciously.

You might begin to catch a reaction earlier, pause before answering, find words for a feeling, or hold a boundary more clearly. These are possibilities to practice, not guaranteed outcomes.

The aim is more ownership of your choices and more connection with yourself and others. Your armor may have served you well; understanding it creates room to choose when it still helps.

Vulnerability

Tell a truth you are ready to tell. Include consent, privacy, and boundaries.

Impeccability

Bring words and actions into closer agreement. Notice, own, and repair what you can.

Resolve

Return to your chosen practice. A small step still counts.

Current coaching support

The work has room
between sessions.

We agree on a coaching commitment and a rhythm that support your life, rather than treating each conversation as an isolated appointment.

WhatsApp support between sessions

Check-ins, agreed follow-up, and relevant resources can help you stay with your chosen practice. Please allow a 24-hour response window. If a message is missed, follow up.

This does not include full calls or ongoing conversations between sessions. It is not crisis support.

A record when you want it

Session transcripts and basic summaries are available on request. We discuss recording, access, and your preferences as part of our agreement.

These summaries are separate from the reflection tools described below.

Room for community

Brotherhood of the Armorless Circle is included at no extra cost with coaching commitments of six months or longer.

The Brotherhood meets at least three times a month, with an integration week and occasional fourth calls. Your invitation confirms the dates and participation details.

A commitment we make clear together.

The length of your coaching commitment, payment arrangements, session rhythm, and what is included are agreed before you begin. A regular rhythm may include coaching weeks and an integration week, shaped around the work we choose.

We discuss cost, scheduling, missed sessions, and pauses before you begin, and agree on the price and cancellation terms together.

Reflection tools Sensei Stan is testing

Keeping a thread

Story Progression follows a question from a session into an agreed practice and a later reflection. Sensei Stan is testing it in a small, two-session pilot. Ask him about availability.

Backstage AI can help maintain context and suggest possible patterns. Sensei Stan walks with you; you choose their meaning and your direction.

Human-reviewed reflection

Personalized Deep Dives are prepared and reviewed by Sensei Stan, and agreed separately. These reflection tools are not included as standard in coaching.

Private Deep Dives never appear in the public Naked Rain Experience podcast archive.

Before you decide

Room for
your questions.

Do I need to be in crisis or know my goal?

No. You can bring a difficult moment, a transition, or a wish to grow. We begin with what has your attention. You do not need a polished explanation.

How do we decide whether this is a fit?

Begin with the reflections below, then choose whether to inquire. Sensei Stan responds personally to arrange a connection conversation. You can ask questions, understand the commitment, and decide. Another resource may be a better next step.

Is this therapy or clinical care?

This is coaching focused on awareness, choices, practice, and self-leadership. Sensei Stan does not diagnose or provide clinical treatment. Appropriate professional care may be needed; coaching can complement therapy when that is suitable. WhatsApp is not an emergency service.

What if I do not want to try a practice?

Say no, ask questions, change it, or stop. You do not need to justify a boundary. We can find another way to work, including keeping clothes on and choosing what stays private.

How often would we meet, and what does it cost?

Coaching sessions are 75–90 minutes. Masculine Practice sessions are 60–75 minutes. Your coaching commitment, session rhythm, what is included, cost, and payment terms are discussed with Sensei Stan and agreed before you commit. No payment or enrollment is available here.

Can I change direction as we work?

Yes. Your intention can evolve as you learn. Bring that into the conversation. Any change to your coaching agreement or scheduling is discussed together.
