Who I am

Stan Rain

I am a men's self-leadership coach, Sensei, and founder of the Naked Dojo. Sandan in Seibukai Goju-Ryu Karate-do. Certified Men's Deep Embodiment Coach through Men's Wisdom Work.

I blend martial discipline, breathwork, trauma-informed coaching, and modern AI fluency to guide men back to their own power.

I do not offer therapy or a spiritual circle-jerk. I hold a training ground for men ready to get real.

I built the Naked Dojo for men ready to move out of crisis, isolation, and performance, and back into power. It is not therapy, not a spiritual circle-jerk, and not a commiserating bro-club.

Through 1:1 coaching and group containers, I hold the work as an experienced man in the practice while a circle of men supports each other in brotherhood. No more isolation. No more doing it alone.

I use breath, bodywork, parts work, shame-busting masculine practice, and direct truth-telling to help you dismantle the armor so you can grow beyond the boundaries it once protected.

I do not believe the 21st century needs more armored performers pretending they are fine. I believe it needs men who can meet pressure without collapsing, cut through the noise, and channel power into purpose, presence, and integrity.

I call those men Armor Breakers: men willing to stop leaking energy into old roles, old defenses, and old isolation. We dismantle what once protected us so we can move as centered men in the world that is coming.
